Steak 'n Shake

Horrible speed service

i love steak n shake but it was so busy i had to leave

Very slow to be seated, we left before they got to us

waited too long did not get my food

burger was cold, fries were old and just pieces of other fries, just disappointing overall

my burger was cold, and the water bottle had been stored by some onions, because it had a strong smell of stinking onions when i put the bottle up to drink from it. i was in transit to get to a Chiro appt and didn't have time to go back to exchange for fresh hot burger or a clean water bottle, both items had to be thrown away.

They were feeding kids for free and if my granddaughtet hadn't wanted a chocolate, I wouldn't have waited that long. I thought shakes were too sweet but other than that, tasted good.

A waiter seated us and took order for dine in. my reason for dissatisied rating was i was disappointed with taste of garlic steakburger. Bread was kind of greasy wuth tii much garlic seasoning and burger did not appear to have toppings like onion, lettuce. mayo, mustard, etc.

Very poor service and the food was cold

poor customer service very slow took 15 mins for me to get 1 milkshake
