It's been a long time since I've been to steak and shake the food was awful they did not have any catchup packets of mayonnaise.

Horrible time today. A lot of unhappy customers thy I could see. Extremely lob wait after being seated. 1 hour, seriously too long. After all of the wait, order came out wrong.

Horrible service and very dirty. The food wasn't prepared or cooked at all like represented on the menu and it took 5 minutes before we saw our server and even longer for our drinks.
