the worst experience EVER

Speed of service was terrible

Worst service ever. I was ignored. Then when I asked why I was not being served I was told she thought I was being helped. BOLD FACE LIE!! I will never recommend anyone to go to this particular steak and shake. I was not served because of my race. I am positive on that. Worst experience of my life.

Very rude and slow

wait was ridiculously long. when we finally received the food, it was wrong. we had received someone elses food. then we had to go inside and wait another 30 min when we tried to return the food because the drivethru was "closed". and hour total of wait time.

Horrible wait time, unprofessional staff.

There was a 20 minute wait to get a milkshake. Also witnessed the manager be rude to a group of teenagers trying to pay.

Management needs a make over. Service is awful. I waited 30 min to place order. Waited another 30 min to pick it up at the window. Upon receiving my order,the food was dried out and cold. The burger was awful. Too over cooked. After waiting at least I thought the food should be fresh. As I approached the window there were more than enough employees standing around some just doing nothing. The manger on the night shift doesn't seem to have control of the staff. Left a bitter taste in my mouth. Probably will not return any time soon.

adI will not return to this location for quite awhile. Service was horrible, it took forever to any of our order, including drinks, one meal & 2 shakes were forgotten completely. it was the worst experience we've ever had.
