We arrived and were seated quickly by a friendly hostess. We sat and waiting to have our drink order taken. We proceeded to watch more then one table fill up and have their order taken. Since we weren't being served we called the manager over to let her know we hadn't been served yet. She tried to tell us that we were all sat at once and someone would be with us shortly. We quickly corrected her and she apologized and took our order. She also compensated our shakes. In the end all was well

Service was good. Shakes were very good. Coffee was very slow and cold when served but staff was very professional
