Steak 'n Shake

My daughter slipped and fell. The manager and our waitress checked on her several times to make sure she was ok. She's ok and I'm glad they made sure she was ok before we left.

First time we had salads and they were great.

The worker was very friendly!!! The headset was acting up so she asked me to come to the window to order. My food took a long time to get done on this trip but come to find out she was the only one working?!?!?! I don't know how this can happen!!! She took my order, made my food, and my shakes!!! I think she needs a raise to be doing all this!!! We love Steak 'n Shake and are regulars!
