Steak 'n Shake

Good food

Decent food however speed of service is usually very very slow. Our milkshakes were melted by the time we received them.

The day crew server wise seems to be very rude and ill mannered. But the cooks seem to be on their A game making amazing tasting food. But in the evening the servers seem nicer and the cooks seem to be falling asleep and making shittier food.

Service sucks

I enjoy Steak 'n Shake, but this experience could've been better. I was handed a receipt for the person in front of me (I think) and it was for ~$29 and my meal was ~$6, so I'm hoping they didn't incorrectly charge me. Also the gentleman at the window forgot my drink, so I had to ask for it which was awkward.

Very slow!

The guy at the window here is always extra creepy. Said he was wondering when we would be there to get our online order and the food was cold and the milkshakes weren't even ready.

My turkey club was messed up. Wasn't happy.

We sat down it took the waitress 15 minutes before she came to the table and took our order and then it took 20 minutes to get our food very unpleasant experience

Didn't have my fries ready and then gave me extra and not super hot fries
