We like this Steak 'n Shake and has great experience before. This waitress we had was a little abrupt and almost rude- wouldn't help answer out questions about the food/shakes we had. Also the lady cooking where you could see in the window was texting with her gloves and cooking with same gloves. It wS disgusting

They did not give us our total until we arrived at the window to pay. I got the feeling theft might be taking place at this location. This feeling was further enhanced when they had to ask us again what we wanted on our burgers. I strongly urge someone to investigate as I believe your employees are stealing sales.
