Steak 'n Shake

Steak 'n Shake always tastes great but many times the staff kinda of...suck. Our waitress was actually good but the lady who sat us literally threw our menus in the table.

food was not good.grilled onions not cooked and burgers very bland

Took over 15 minutes to get food that ended up being wrong. Bad experience

Service was so slow, there were no other customers and staff was just hanging around talking. Food came and we had to wait ten minutes to get shakes to drink with food. Staff was disorganized and no one seemed to care. Food was amazing though

the food wasn't as good as usual and the service wasn't great.

Late night milkshakes. Got salted caramel pretzel shake - nothing pretzel about it. Got the smores shake - no graham cracker.
