Was very upset with the speed of service. My toddler was very antsy and was ready to eat. At one point the manager came out to apologize to us about how long it was taking to get our food. The manager stated there was 3 tickets ahead of us and our food would be out in about 3 minutes tops. That didn't happen. I was very disappointed with the service.

Slow service

our server was slightly rude and seemed disinterested in helping us. our orders were incorrect and the food quality was poor. the manager was professional and polite

Major Disapointment

We sat at the bar and the service was extremely slow. The bartender was nice but not very efficient

The place was understaffed. Also the veggie burger was not fully cooked.

There were no balloons.. Couldn't find any!! Then the manager couldn't find any either.. A waiter after being there 1 1/2 hrs had 20 balloons.. My 5 yr old cried the whole time we were there!!!! It sucked when she found them and never even offered one to her!!!!!!!!!!!
