Service was slow.

Food was ok. Felt like a brick was in my stomach after I ate it. Gave me good farts though.

2nd server was better than the first. My wife made a mistake on the tip amount and she couldn't get it corrected. Additionally, the host didn’t get us any utensils; l had to get my own.

Food was soggy

Bathrooms dirty. Did not get approached for 10-15 min after being seated. Lots of empty dirty tables. Appeared to be only one waitress.

Server was inattentive, did not ask if we wanted dessert and appeared put out when we asked for to go cups.

It was horrible. Took us 45 min to get our food. Bad thing was we watched it sit in the window for 40 min before they bought it to us. Of course it was cold. Never again

We were just driving through an seen it. Thought we would give it a try. It was our first time eating there. When we went in we were the first in line to be seated she walked so slow to the table that I was tripping over my kids feet. Our server was very nice. She told us bout the computer thing on the table. She told us bout the birthday free sandwich. My birthday is wed, she said it takes 24hours to get in the system. We wasn't gonna drive out of way again to come back so I didn't fill it out. My burger could've used a lot more cheese. Not what I expected to see when my food came. U don't get very many fries the first time. We ordered a refill but by the time they came we were done eating. I do like the fact that my kids can get free side refills also.
