Red Robin

Horrible

They were not busy at all but the service was extremely slow. Waiter did not check on us to refill beverages or to let us know why it was taking so long to bring our meal. Guacamole burger had very little guacamole on it. I had to ask for more. Condiments were empty on the table. No offer to bring more fries. This staff including cooks need more training. Red Robin is too good a restaurant to deliver such poor service and food prep.

I was not impressed. Our server didn't write down our order (I used to be a server. We weren't allowed to do this. It never ends well.) I ordered a basic cheeseburger with a veggie patty. My friend ordered a turkey burger with Swiss in a lettuce wrap. Our kids orders were fine. When my burger arrived it had bacon and an egg on it. Not what I ordered. I'm vegetarian. My friend turkey burger with Swiss had no Swiss. So they take them back. Bring mine out a few minutes later. It's obvious that they just peeled the bacon and egg off of mine because I could still see the imprint of the bacon in the cheese. I also was missing the relish. I didn't want my food to be spit in for sending it back again so I ate it even though there was still bacon grease on it. My friend had to wait longer for hers but it was right when it came back out. I don't know that I'll be going back.

The waiter was terrible! Poor hygiene, uniform and hair was dirty. No smile and never returned to the table after we were served... I complained to the manager.

Red Robin does not have a healthy menu that taste good. The broccoli was terrible.
