I had a turkey burger which didn't really have a taste. I was just very disappointed all around with red robin. I will not be back.

I looove Red Robin but yesterday's experience wasn't good. We waited a really long time to get our food and there weren't many people in the restaurant.

Me and my boyfriend went to buy a movie madness pass as a gift and decided to get dinner also. We got there and there was no hostess at the stand. Finally someone (not sure if it was the manager, didn't see them doing much the whole time we were there) seated us. We sat for almost 10 minutes before anyone came over to greet us and get our drink orders. Then it was over 10 minutes before Shantail came back with TWO waters. Before anything I told her I had a coupon and wanted to purchase the movie madness along with dinner. It took a half hour to get onion rings as an appetizer and another 20 minutes to get our main dishes. After all the waiting, my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich instead of his burger. Then when she came back and brought "his order" it was the wrong burger. He didn't even say anything because we wanted to get out of there so bad and we were charged for the wrong burger. Our waters were not filled unless we asked and she had no idea what she was doing. Barely ever came to our table. Once she brought the check, the movie madness wasn't on there (even though she wrote it down) and then once we told her she then rang it up but used the dinner portion toward our dinner, when we never said that's what we wanted to do. After it all got taken care of the receipts didn't even show the transaction being corrected, so we had no idea if the correct amount was charged. This visit lasted almost two hours when usually were in and out of red robin in 45 minutes, and it was NOT busy. She told us the kitchen was backed up, but yet there was a man at the bar who came in after us that had his main course before we had our small order of onion rings. We will NOT be returning.

Walked in there were three hosts. None of them responded to us and seemed lost. We had to approach them and ask to dine-in. Wasn't offered a seating area preference, and our name was scribbled down with a crayon on a kids coloring sheet table topper. Then after multiple people walked in and were seated in the bar area after we had already been waiting for 15min I approached them and asked why we hadn't been seated yet. They said it will be at least 10min more. I asked why several people were seated before us and the response was they are sitting in the bar area no kids are allowed. I said its me and my wife we don't have kids with us so please don't sit us with a bunch of kids when we don't have any. Then we was seated right away. It was a lot of time wasted and two couples before us left when they saw others were seated before them too. Once we got seated our waitress was very good. Just the hosts position needs work as all three that were standing there seemed lost.
