The meal was great, but out waitress seemed overwhelmed. She was the hostess and had many tables to service.

While our waiter was very nice he must have been new because he wasn't familiar with Red Robin programs.

Should not take 45 minutes to get food when you get seated at 11am. Especially when there are 3 wait staff standing around appearing to do nothing wife our waitress handles 6+ tables

The server was extremely poor in service, forgot to bring out soda, she also did not bring our food faster. All food was cold and not tasty , fries were cold
