Our server was horrid. She was very slow, forgetful, and used way to many words when she tried to explain Something. I've been going to this location for years and this is the worst service weve had in a while.

The service was slow! I understand it was a Friday night, yes. We waited almost 10 minutes just to ORDER our drinks!

Ziosk entertainment fee was not explained and my son was able to start playing unbeknownst to me that there was a fee. Refills were slow and in frequent. Fries were soggy and cold.

I underStand that Red Robin is trying to reduce the bottomless fries. But if a customer wants something they should be able to have it. I love the fries and my server did not even attempt to ask the manager of we could have another fill. She got us one and denied us the second then offered more after our meal, we didn't want it then.
