Not impressed. They don't understand customer service. Third on line waiting while employees were just standing around. Heather was good. But what I would expect of a fast food waitress

Not sure if it was a new cook but the double burger just seemed to have pieces and we saw our food in the window a while before anybody brought it to us

We like Steak and Shake and eat here occasionally. The food is always delicious and the staff is friendly.
