Steak 'n Shake

The food was yummy and the service was good. But there just isn't anything that says "wow" about this restaurant to me.

I was super shwastey and used the toilet more than ate food but the fries were good for my drunken dizzy self. It was on the way home from our fav bar so well for sure be back! Next time I'll try to eat more!

The wait staff isn't friendly

They didn't get the size of my order right, they guy forgot to give me my change and then when prompted, he gave me the wrong amount. Seemed like he wasn't paying attention to me at all.

Service was terrible the last 2 times I've been there. Had to ask the server twice for my drink. She never came back to check on me after she brought my order or bothered to offer me a drink refill. Never even bothered to bring my guest check. I had to sort through it at the register.

Was pretty swamped! Took a little too long and my order was wrong. They also have the most terrible fries in the world

I ordered a number six and was given something else. The service was so slow, I didn't even bother going back. Their speaker wasn't even working properly! Poor, poor customer service.
