Waited for awhile but staff was friendly and food was fresh and great tasting!

Poor service messed up order

Usually have a great time. Last night just wasn't up to par. Took like 5 minutes for someone to serve us, then service wasn't good, also food was just okay for the price.

was delivered wrong items and had 3 year old grand child he was hungry just wanted something to eat then a waitress came by and ask did you order the onion stack and we said no and she said you keep it ok then a manager came by with an attitude and said ill

Our waitress never sang happy birthday, drinks and fries weren't refilled took over an hour to be seated

The buns were really soggy and the server was really slow

Felt rushed. I wasn't even halfway through my burger and he asked if I wanted a to go box. Hardly gave me any fries. We had to ask for refills ( even though they are supposed to be endless). Brought us the check when I was about a third through the burger. We actually continued eating AND requested a refill of fries AfTER we had already paid!!!!! They weren't busy at all so I wasn't sure what the Rush was. It also wasn't very late. The food however was very very good!!!

The service sucks so bad!!!

The service was slow, and the waitress was rude. We asked for a few minutes and she went and stood and talked to another waitress for 10 minutes and we looked right at her and she still didn't come take our order. Never going back.
