Great food, friendly service but HORRIBLY long wait times. By the time our server finally appeared we went ahead and ordered drinks, appetizers and main course because we had already waited too long and didn't want to risk him not coming back for our orders

I would prefer that I have the option to open my own straw, waiter had already opened & put in milkshake. I asked that my milkshake come with my meal & it came before. I would also prefer that the servers bringing food wear gloves.
