Red Robin

I've always liked Red Robin. I would recommend it based on previous experiences. but this one was rough. my husband got french onion soup. the onions were raw and crunchy. the onion stack for $5 dollars was not a good value. I wished I had not gotten the broccoli as a side. it was not great. it was disappointing. but i will not give up on RR.

I ordered chili. I mentioned to the server that I thought there were supposed to be tortilla stripson my chili. She came back and told me no that was on the tortilla soup. I thought for sure that I'd seen it on the menu. I googled the menu on my phone and pointed out to the server there were supposed to be tortilla strips on the chili. By that time I had finished the chili and she didn't really even apologize. The manager came by and I told him the same thing and he didn't seem to really care. We did get $3 off, but I don't appreciate being blown off.

Red Robin has decent food, but the service is terrible.

I had terrible service at Red Robin. The food is always good, but the service I had was terrible.
