It's a pretty average sit down burger joint. Recent renovations have cut down the noise a bit.

The overall experience was good. However, I found a hair in my food that definitely didn't belong to me or any guests at the table. I was extremely grossed out and lost my appetite. Thankfully our server was understanding and offered to bring a new salad out, as well as the manager stopping by to apologize and say the meal was on him. If the staff hadn't been so gracious I wouldn't recommend red robin. But they surpassed my expectations, minus the hair!

We absolutely love red robin! We don't like going when it's rush hour for dinner though. Which last night it was. Our waiter took forever to get us simple things like water and a box. And we had to wait a long time for fries
