We've eaten at this Red Robin many times. Never have I seen so many people running around like they were all assigned to every table, even the bar! Confusion, chaos, waiting and getting part of our meal before the appetizer! Our waiter was very kind but he looked worn out and was working way too many tables. We noticed the manager or shift leader. It got so chaotic that he had one of the female employees take some stuffed animals from those awful money-sucking machines that the little kids beg to play (please remove those awful machines and add more seating for waiting, paying customers!) and they walked to every table in the restaurant and gave each small child one for free! Nothing was said or no apologies, just like, "Here, this will make it ALL Better!?! Really?!? Are you kidding me?!?" One family left and at the front door said "That's the last time for me!" It sounded like this had happened to him and his family before. There's a bad problem going on. Don't know what. But you better get corporate to the Turkey Creek Farragut, Knoxville, TN and quick to fix this mess! I love the Red Robin and this is the closest one to where I live and I don't want to have to stop going altogether.

The server was rigid and the food was cold with very little flavor. Not the best experience at Red Robin. Not likely I will return.
