Steak 'n Shake

service could've been more polite and courteous. my shake was suppose to have extra Butterfinger but did not. Take the money from the customer before the food or drink is ready for bettet service and say thank you when someone orders food.

Our orders were wrong, the cup of soup wasn't even full, not a good experience

Fries were ice cold, they had cars pulling up to wait and we all got trapped in... Mushroom burger was great, it was the only positive

Slow service. Food over cooked.

It took 25 min to get waited on and our food was burnt and the milkshakes were not even mixed.....poor experience

Normally we like steak and shake but this time it was horrible in every way

Management was horrible, employees weren't speedy at all! Very disappointed!

We ordered a single with no cheese, they put cheese on it...we had to repeat our order more than one time and we also ordered a hot dog and they burt that as well the only thing that was good were the fries.
