Steak 'n Shake

We wanted to dine inside but there was a big line of people. We looked around and saw a lot of dirty tables and nobody was there to clean it up and sit all the people. So we decided to go to drive through. Sad. Anyways the food was good and the shake was delicious!

Was excited for the Nutella shake... Tasted nothing like Nutella and everything like ovaltine.

Service was horrible as always...will never recommend this location to anyone!

Crappy service, it smelt in there, bathroom was locked and not working, had to ask someone to wait on us because they were all to busy talking!

They took for ever to bring the food. The waitress was smelling really bad

The server took for ever to take the order n I did not get silver ware like around 10 after they brought my food

it was nasty. our milk shake came out after our food did. my daughter did didn't get made the same time the rest was so she had to wait.

I was so disappointed.. The smell outside the building was horrible! I was there more than a couple of months ago and they had the same smell, the lady explained, there is something wrong with the sewer.. And they didn't fix it?? The food tasted terrible!! Fries was way too dry and old, so disgusting to eat (I thought I ordered potato croutons..)! I ordered guacamole double steak burger which had lettuce, purple onion, cheese, a lot of guacamole and tomatoes on the picture, but got very soggy bun with two greasy meat pieces and a table spoon guacamole in the middle.. Yuck!! Didn't enjoy it at all, and couldn't even finish it. So sad, we used to like this place.. Not anymore!!
