The whisky bbq chicken was amazing, the fries with parmasean sucked. I have been sick to my stomach for the last 5 hours! Was the chicken bad? Or undercooked

I love Red Robin. They Always have nice waiters and waitresses and Service is usually fast. The food was decent.

I wanted to try this place. The fish burger seemed attractive to me. May be I should gave picked another burger or some dressing with it. It was a bit less than I expected from taste point of view. Next time will try another dish.

It had been about 6 months since my last visit and it will be my last. The bartenders/servers were too busy talking amongst themselves to take care of us...they were disinterested when they did interact with us. The salad I ordered arrived missing half the listed ingredients and when I finally got the bartenders attention she sighed at me and rolled her eyes. We had to ask for carryout containers twice and again received a dismissive attitude. This all the while that 3 other servers were sitting at a table behind us in the bar area. Though I did not ask I saw no management presence from start to finish.

We go to the Red Robin in Mason, OH all the time and we typically have very positive experiences. However, we came to celebrate a friend's birthday this time and had a larger party (10). We did call ahead seating and when we arrived we were informed that we would only have to wait 10-20 minutes. From the time we entered the building to the time we got our plates of food, over two hours had elapsed. We waited over an hour to be seated and then the food service was slow on top of that. I understand that bigger parties have slower service but this was beyond a reasonable expectation. Also, when we told the waiter how long we had been waiting in general, he said nothing, offered no apologies. The manager said nothing to us. Overall I was extremely disappointed that they did nothing to attempt to make it right. Very negative experience at a place we usually love.

Not good service at this visit. Server told us we could not have a basket of fries come out before the meal even though all three of us order a meal with bottomless fries. He said that it is not allowed any more. But we saw other tables receive their fries before their meal. Will not be returning as often as usual...
