The menu has changed and not for the better. The south west salad has a new name and is not good. Chicken was too spicy, the corn tortilla with melted cheese was soggy. There was a lot less lettuce and the salad was served on a plate which made it difficult not I spill salad on table or self which I did a couple of times. Not a good value for the amount spent

The service was great. Our server was fun and did a great job. The food was fish and chips. They were cooked and they had a greasy taste. it left a bad taste in our mouth.

There was a hair in my food. The manager apologized and comped my wrap. Accidents happen.

We had to wait SO long for our waiter to come check on us after we finished our meals. We needed a dessert menu and our drinks were long empty. We finally got the dessert menu and expected to get a free dessert based on our loyalty card offer but it didn't come off the check and our waiter never explained it to us. Just poor service the whole evening. So disappointing.

We had just gone to find out the gender of our second child and as we did with our first, we wanted to go to Red Robin after sort of as the start of a tradition. They told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait, which was fine. 30 minutes later we were finally seated. 10 minutes later our drink order had not been taken, and no one had been by our table. We had our 18 month old son with us who was completely melting down by this point. It did not look like we would receive service anytime soon so we left and went to McDonald's. I don't think anyone ever knew we left. We just wanted to celebrate our special occasion and instead it was a fiasco. This hasn't been our first bad experience and as a result my husband is not at all interested in going back to Red Robin ever.
