Food was overlooked and fries were stale. Took forever

I was upset that it was my son's birthday and when my daughter requested for them to sing to him, she was told we would have to purchase a dessert first. We've been loyal Red Robin patrons for the last 2 years and this was the first bad experience we had.

The chicken and shrimp lunch tasted bad, bland, and overly much on breeding of shrimp- 2 chicken tenders and 6 shrimp/ not worth 12.29
