Red Robin

Everyone was happy with their food except one. She told him "NO TOMATO, NO MAYO", it came with mayo. It's not something she's going to forget to say cause she absolutely HATES condiments. But he took it back and she got a new one. He also didn't apologize for the mess up either.

I have visited red robin in the past and had horrible experiences so decided not to go there anymore. I was with a friend who chose red robin today and decided to try it again. We ordered some mint milkshakes and they barely had any taste at all, were quite watery. Her daughter had a kids chocolate milkshake and she wouldn't drink it Bc it tasted so bad. Then it took about 25 min to get our meals. The waitress asked us how we liked our milkshakes and we were honest. Letting her know they were not good and we were not going to finish them. She didn't apologize or offer to make it better. Then it took another 20 min after eating to get our check. Then our check was wrong and it took another 10 min to get it corrected. Finally the manager noticed (from the waitress) how long we had been waiting and comped our full meal which was completely unexpected and very generous. Although we were upset we never asked for any sort of discount. We were just set on never coming back to red robin, but when the manager came over to apologize and comped our meals... We will be back to try it again
