The food is always great, however the customer service could use some work. No one is ever friendly, and it really bugs me. I worked in fast food for 5 years, and the kind of service they give is terrible.

The speaker system was rather unpleasant to listen to and we could barely make out what our cashier was saying because of it. My shake too longer than expected, perhaps they made the wrong one? The cashier was very pleasant and friendly. I didn't mind the wait because he kept me preoccupied. Overall that interaction made the experience average.
