The chili-5-way was mushy and didn't have enough chili sauce and was not enjoyable to eat. Usually it is very good when I have had it at other Steak-n-Shakes. Not sure what happened here....

The shake I got wasn't blended all the way. It was chunky and gross

They were so slow and for what seemed like no reason. It took them forever to get to the take out window and then forever to process my card. It shouldn't have taken almost 30 min for me to get my daughters chicken fingers and fries.I've been to other steak and shakes and I've never had a bad experience but Everytime I go to this one I do. I trie to give the benefit of a doubt but I will never go back to this one.
