Steak 'n Shake

The staff here at this Steak-n-Shake was extremely rude the entire visit I was there, wasn't even fully paying attention to my order. The drinks tasted disgusting--I'm highly disappointed with the service I was given here, and it isn't the first time. I will not return to Steak-n-Shake again

There food makes me sick and there drive thru is slower than my grandma

We were seated immediately, but it took 10 minutes for someone to come to our table to get our drink orders. The food was awesome! When I went to the counter to pay, the employees and manager looked back at me multiple times, but I stood there for about 7 minutes before anyone would help me. I'm going to contact the corporate office about the experience.

Honestly, this was my worst experience ever at a Steak n Shake. I waited over 20 minutes in the drivethru just to get to the window. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull forward! When I got my food, I never received my drink, my burger was lukewarm, and my fries were cold. Horrible experience.

Horribly long wait.

All I got was a Nutella shake, I originally asked for no cherry, ended up getting one- no big deal. But a few hours after drinking the shake(and eating nothing else) I got the worst stomachache I've ever experienced in my life.
