Good one.

Slow service everything else was great.

Service was somewhat slow but food was tasty.

I was a little disappointed at this location, because the line was really short, but we had to wait for a good while to get to the window to get our order. When they handed us the cups with our shakes in them, they had ice cream all over the sides of it and were really sticky. I asked for napkins and the guy acted annoyed that I needed them. I said thank you, but he didn't say anything back.

Got my order wrong and sat in line forever

They forgot my milkshake and didn't apologize.

I am dieting, as are many people at any given time, and Steak 'n Shake just doesn't offer a variety of low fat/calorie foods. I got a garden salad and there were two reduced fat dressings to choose from, neither of which I am a fan of. FF Ranch, French or something! Offer more healthy choices!
