Steak 'n Shake

I ordered a shake in the drive thru. The shake was delicious but I waited 15-20 mins for it and I wasn't happy. I almost just drove away the wait was so long.

Waited 5 mins to be seated, no one was paying attention. & then our server Brittany forgot about us 2 times. It was horrible

When we received our food, the sandwich and fries we all received were cold, not even luke warm. Very dissatisfied with all of our food!

Terrible. Waited ten minutes and no one would seat us.

My husband, both of our nephews, myself, a friend & her daughter had planned to go to steak & shake. When our party walked in, we were not greeted. We stood at the sign that said "Please Wait to Be Seated" for over ten minutes before we decided not to wait any longer. The manager looked up at us & noticed us while we were waiting. We also noticed that over seven tables in the restaurant were cluttered with dirty dishes & no one sitting at the tables.

Took forever for someone to get our drinks. Server never came back after we got our food. There were three servers at the drink machine watching something on their phone while we were waiting to pay. They all just looked at us. Then finally someone came to take our money and asked how it was. We told her the service was bad and she did not apologize or ask if we wanted to speak with a manager. Terrible service.
