They didn't honor the coupon

We went to the drive-thru but the line was ridiculously long and not moving at all. Unfortunately we decided to leave without getting anything

It took 20 min to get a menu, then another 40 for food, and then we couldn't get the bill for 30 min after we were done.

kids are free on weekends, but the truck had not arrived so my child had only fries, as the three options she would eat were out. we paid for the fries and her drink. I didn't complain to staff because the last complaint I had was about my server/management

My order was incorrect and I was really disappointed because there isn't any close SnS stores around so when I go I would like it right I ordered two double steal burgers and was given singles so it's was horrible everything overcame the burger I was eating bread n veggies smh

I only ordered two items. I ordered a soda which was correct and a slider with ketchup, onion, and cheese. I waited a long time for my order but it still was not correct. My sandwich was dry and it did not have cheese on it even though I was charged. Overall I was not happy and will not be visiting steak and shake anytime soon.

We waited in line over an hour for a specific shake that my boyfriend wanted.....not acceptable

Food was terrible. The French fries were cold and hard and my cheese wasn't melted on my patty melt. Terrible!
