Steak 'n Shake

they are very slow here. our milkshake was melted by the time we got it. awful service

The burgers were overcooked. I got the wrong Milkshake and my replacement shake was not fully mixed. Really slow service.

The drive thru was closed and service was terrible

It took an hour to get 2 burgers and fries. Nothing fancy. My family has had 4 bad experiences at this location in 3 months. It's a shame.

The food was pretty good, but service was horrible... It took about 30 min in the drive-thru and there was only about 3 cars ahead of us... It was horrible.

We waited almost 10 mins in the drive thru for our order, not waiting on other cats just our order. My hamburger wAs cooked way too done

There was slime in my glass of tea. When I told the waitress she switched my drink but did not even bother to check the rest of the tea in the dispenser. I told the manager at check out he apologized and took my drink off the bill. Someone could really get sick from that. Yuck. This is the 4th bad visit to this location in 2014/2015. Not sure if I will go back there.

The temperature in the restaurant was very warm. When I said something to the waitress she said she knew it was hot and that she would not be able to eat there her self with it that hot. We were told that the store had no control over the temp that it was done at corporate. Finished our meal and then called corporate as we left.

Unfortunately the burger was not tasteful. The fries old no taste. The drive thru didn't work.
