Steak 'n Shake

Oaky! The line was slow and then the lady with a pink shirt on had soda all over her shirt and arms my drink in the other hand dripping on the the counter. The scene was a mess and disgusted me to my stomach. I drove off sick to my stomach. What is going on with Steak & Shake it use to be a great place to eat.

Terrible drive thru service. Always takes roughly 30 minutes to get through it all and get my food. Need to fix this and make it a more convenient experience for customers. It's called fast food for a reason not get in line and put your car in park and wait for your food after 30 minutes. Not a happy customer at all. Definitely will think 10x before going here again.

Bad experience. Server was polite, but the rest of the staff could care less about the customers in the restaurant. Extremely slow service. Restaurant was about half capacity. Saw two tables walk out due to slow kitchen. Waited well over half an hour to get food after ordering. Out of chili and baked beans on a Saturday night!! Got food and it was not right. Kitchens fault for that. Left an entire party and cheese off of burger. Then had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the correction. Friend was nearly done by the time I started my plate. Then as it is time to leave, had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to take payment for the 3 tables that were waiting to pay. Employees would come over and then walk right off. Ridiculous. Will not be back. Over an hour for a burger and fries, no thanks.

Horrible Service & Staff

The service was terrible. My significant other and I were seated but sat for 15 mins before anyone even asked us if we wanted a drink. They were changing shifts and no one wanted to pick up the slack of anyone else. We were disgusted by the staff and their neglect of the customer. Will NOT come back.
