Steak 'n Shake

I ordered a salad and received a shake spoon and knife to eat it with. I then had to go get a fork at my place of employment.

Friendly service, however I went through the drive through and I didn't get what I ordered and I didn't get an itemized receipt to be as to go back and exchange it

I went here with a friend and we had a very friendly server

Food was alright. Always seems at this location the food packaging I soaked with grease when I get it

Didn't get sauces we asked for and they gave us the full meal when we just asked for the sandwich and charged us for it.

I had to go through again because I was missing a fry, then got home and all three of our garlic burgers were just plain burgers with no garlic season. Also, ordered three sliders and only got two...

The atmosphere was very hostile. People were arguing in front of the customers loudly.

Forgot my dressing for my salad... Took about 3 minutes to even have my order taken in the drive thru... Food quality and flavor was only ok.

We got the wrong order after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Was not happy at all.

I had very slow service. When I did get my food the French fries were cold. I would have gone back to get new ones but I was on my lunch break
