did not receive our complete order. had to return 2 times to get what we originally ordered. manager was not helpful and was very nonchalant.

Horrible service. Food wasn't cooked all the way. The waitress seemed high or something. She came to our to table to bring our food then to get our plates when we were done. Terrible terrible terrible. I will never go back to that steak And shake again.
