Great food. The new Steak 'n Shakes are really nasty. The food doesn't taste right there, but this was an older one so it was good.

The staff at the window was very friendly, but the wait was very long. The car in front of me must have been unhappy about something. They pulled away, as I pulled to the window, and screamed something out of their window. The sauce for my husbands frisco melt was incorrect. The tomatoes on my burger did not taste right. We will go back, but not soon.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was not great. They were great to accommodate our group of 15 with no notice.

Extremely crowded and food was only warm. Very so service- but understandable because if crowd. Friendly enough staff.

The food was pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful but unprofessional and seemed to lack teamwork.
