We waited over 30 minutes for our food. The waitress did not keep us updated or gave us any reason for it being so long until we were leaving. Unacceptable

Slow service. Hair in food. Said rye bread was sour dough bread.

The service was awful, my husband's food was cold and it took forever to get our food

It was understaffed and the cook didn't follow my special request. One person didn't even her soup and that was all she ordered. The waitress was so overworked but she tried to make it right. I felt so sorry for her.
