Dank food. They got my order wrong the first time but were quick to fix the mistake. They came back to my table and said it was "made with love" it was delicious! Steak and shake is the best burger joint and it has good prices.

The drive-thru was extra slow! The cashier was very nice and gave us free fries for our long wait, but the fries were old. At least the food I ordered tasted great.

The employee was very nice. The food was good but I bought to much. Kinda pricy and the waiting sucks. I can never go and leave in 5 min. I waited at least 15 min for pancakes with sausage & breakfast tacos:(
