I went to the location in Fredericksburg VA on Sunday 6/21/15 and it was horrible They were slammed and only had one waitress for the entire diner. It took forever for someone to seat us and they told us it was going to be a while cuz they had only one person. I won't be going again. The whole staff looked frustrated and the other customers waiting all looked irritated

We had to wait 45 minutes and it took us one hour. We learned one thing, we should have gone through the drive-thru instead.

This was the worst fast food experience of my entire life. While the food was okay, we waited in line for forty minutes and there were only six cars. We never heard an explanation or apology. I called into corporate and submitted a formal Complaint.

We stopped at steak and shake around 2pm on Sunday. The drive thru had about six other cars in front of us. The entire process took over 45 minutes which is extremely too long. The food was good after we finally received it however do not plan to return as it was much too long to wait in a drive thru. The staff did not apologize or say anything about the wait at all. Extremely frustrated and called the corporate line to express our disappointment.
