First time we've had poor service.

Hostess took a long time to seat us. Order was not done correctly but food was good. Not 100% satisfied like usual.

Service was slow. She did not refill drinks and was less than friendly. Food was good.

Flat drink , never offered a refill, slow service , over priced food. It's a shame, cute setting . Will never eat there again .

There was hair in my food and my server was not very friendly. This is unusual as most of the servers there have been great.

The bun on my burger was burnt to a crisp, I had to throw the bun away.
