Service was slow, food was average and expensive.

The burger was incredibly small - much smaller than any of my previous experiences.

My sons burger was made wrong thay just brought out jalapeños I ordered a coors light and then 5 min later ordered the other drinks I was the only one sitting down at the time but my beer came out after and about the time my appetizer came out

Burger was not very good, table was dirty when we sat down, had to go get our own silverware, server took a long time to run our credit card for our check.

Poor good quality and poor service

The service was exceptionally slow considering they werent busy. Was asked if we wanted more fries and then didnt receive them until we were already ready to go.

The food looked nothing like the picture. One piece of turkey and 2 pieces of bacon with a pound of lettuce in the blmt club

it was not good this time

So disappointed in the entire experience. My daughter asked for Alfredo sauce on the kids spaghetti instead of marinara sauce. She got a bowl "full" of Alfredo sauce with some noodles. It actually looked like soup. The waitress was not warm and friendly. My guacamole bacon burger had so little guacamole on it that I had trouble distinguishing it from the lettuce. My water glass remained empty for over half the meal. Our plates were picked up while we were still eating. The receipt was delivered mid meal with no offer of dessert. Rather disappointing experience all together.

Very disappointed to hear the prime rib is no longer sliced at the restaurant. Quality is horrible. I'd remove from the menu if the meat source is not changed.
