Good fries

For a Saturday afternoon the restaurant was busy but as busy to have bad service. It took 10 mins before we ordered drinks and we ordered our appetizer and food, thinking this might be a pattern. But our server came back got our second round of drinks and things looked promising. That was a mistake that was the last time we seen her. Our food came 30 mins later, no appetizer, so I asked for it to be removed since we had our food. The people sitting behind us got up and left at 15 mins seeing no server. The food was not fresh nor hot. I received 2 pieces of broccoli instead of fries, I guess for wanting to eat healthy they give you less. Then our server said the appetizer was removed from our bill, we went to pay and it was still on here. I had asked for a water that I never received on top of this. The second time my spouse asked. Lost a few customers from this experience, there are way to many restaurants in the economy today to pay $80 for this kind of service!

Terrible service!!!! Worst place to go ever!!

We didn't even get to eat because they had no seating on a Thursday night at 9, and we waited for about 30 minutes
