The waiter was slow never refilled drinks

I've been to two different Steak 'n Shake locations within the past month and both experiences were completely terrible. The waitress I had at my last visit was extremely rude and our orders took forever to arrive. Then when we went to the counter to pay no one assisted us for at least 15 minutes. The restaurant wasn't even busy at all. My friends and I all agreed we wouldn't ever go to a Steak 'n Shake ever again.
