My waitress was friendly enough but when I got my food it was terrible the biscuit was too hard I did not eat it or pay for it

I had to wait a little longer than if like to on this visit but it was worth it. Steak 'n Shake is almost always great tasting no matter what location I go to. The staff was friendly and they got the order right, which can be a problem at some fast food places. Good food and good price.
