There was one car ahead of me when i arrived. Still sat in line for 15 minutes and was late returning from my lunch break because of it. This has happened every time I have visited this location. If you plan on going to the Steak 'n Shake on Kalamazoo and 60th in kentwood for a quick bite on your break. Consider another option. McDonald's could have 10 cars in front of you and never wait more than 5 mins. Steak 'n Shake needs to get it together.

The food was amazing but the speed of the drive threw was very slow
