Steak 'n Shake

didn't get my drink and a fry we ordered plus the shake was wrong service was slow... not happy

Forget going here on your lunch break. This place sucks

This Steak 'n Shake is awful. Terrible service every single time. And forget about trying to go there on your lunch break!??????????

This location (Kalamazoo Ave, by M-6) has gone downhill dramatically in the past 8 months. It was dirty. The wait staff was unkempt and were loudly conversing while customers remained ignored. The restrooms were deplorably filthy! My knife had a smear that appeared to be a milky-eggy dried-on substance. My fork had solid food particles and a opaque film in places on its tines. My paper napkin that the silverware was wrapped in was suspiciously wrinkled. The fries were stone-cold and were sent back. There were 3 customers seated at the counter by the cash register when I entered the restaurant. They were still seated there and had not had their orders taken nor had they been approached by any employee, **including the manager** by the time I left. This place needs a complete management overhaul. I have, and am, telling everyone I know about my experiences at this location. I will not return.

The ONLY reason I ever stop here is because my mother likes the milk shakes and she lives close. The service is extremely poor every single time. Most of the time my food looks like it was just tossed in the bag with condiments all over and falling out of the wrapper. I can be the only person in line and still sit for well over 5 minutes. And the people at the window always act like you are bothering them. This is a shame because I love Steak 'n Shake. But this location is beyond bad! More than once I have drove away without getting my order because the service was so ridiculous. Someone shut this place down!!!!??????????????

Extremely slow service. Very sloppy food. Received wrong order. Every time!!!!! Will not return
