It was average. I don't love the food at Steak n Shake, but I like the shakes a lot. I guess a couple cooks called in sick, so service was a bit slow.

waitress left us to attend to other duties without having anyone cover our table. manager saw we were out of drinks and didn't come to check on us, either.

I went in to order my food because the drive-through takes too long and they take just as long inside as they do the drive-through
