Steak 'n Shake

Extremely long wait. It's ridiculous that I experience this every time I visit this restaurant. I was practically starving by the time I received my food.

There were over 12 employees working and service was horribly slow. Very dirty too

Service was very slow had to wait a long time to get order taken and then had to wait a very long time for our food. Food was as expected, however the milkshake (I ordered a chocolate banana) was not blended long enough and thus had large chunks of banana too big to fit through the straw and even chunks of ice in the milkshake. That was my first time at steak n'shake in a very long time and I Was not very happy about my experience.

Outside dirty. Dumpster area visible from drive thru looked dirty. Made me think the store was dirty.

Normally, I know what I'm getting into when I visit Steak 'n Shake. It's usually not the most prompt restaurant. This time it was horrendous. No one welcomed us. We waited for a long time before anyone even acknowledged us. Even then, the lady asked how many and walked away and we waited another 5 minutes. The server was friendly and was able to take our order right away. The manager was not friendly and bumped my moms chair without even saying anything at all. The kitchen was so dirty, stuff all over the floor. We had to ask for silverware and was told that none were clean. It will be a long while before I visit Steak 'n Shake again!

I had the worst experience ever!!

This location is usually slow but this visit was ridiculous. Order took forever and food was cold. It was so bad we spoke with mgr and he comped the meal.
